things I yearn for
I yearn for A BEST FRIEND, that will always be there when everyone can't make it, that will care for me when I'm sick, that will be with me most of the time, that will let me share my inner thoughts and feelings, that will be nice and polite to my parents, that will be considered as my own brother/kuya by my parents, that will be able to come to my family activities, that will teach me the best way of winning job interviews/passing an exam/asking girls out/choosing a formal suite/lifting weights/playing basketball/tricks in billiards, that will never be shy to talk to me, that will be able to put me up whenever I'm down.
I yearn for A GIRL, whom I will love and who will love me for who I am, who will take me further, who will remember that a special someone like her upon the face of this earth loves me very much , who will comfort me at times of struggle, who will hold my hand, and who will call me in the middle of the night just to say I LOVE YOU.
I yearn for A PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE LIFE, that will enable me to achieve my goals and dreams, that will enable me to meet good friends, that will let me occupy my time, that will make me love studying again, that will teach me to become a mature and studious scholar, that will enable me to be ready in the real corporate world.
I yearn for A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, where I can live harmoniously, where I can see the beauty of this world, where I can feel at home, where I can meet friendly neighbours, where I have a place to vent things out, where I'm able to live independently, where I can concentrate on my homeworks and assessments, where I can courteously invite friends, where I can arrange furnitures and appliances that are fit in my daily living.I yearn for CLUBS AND ACTIVITES, that will enable me to develop physical and social skills, that will enable me to make new friends, that will enable me to pursue my hobbies and interests, that will keep me away from idle time at home, that will shape and transform myself actively, that will enable me to have something to look forward to in the weekends, that will keep me occupied and enjoy my life.
I yearn for A PET DOG, whom I'll take care of at home, who will mind my house while I'm away, who will sit on the couch with me while I'm watching TV, who will jog with me every morning, who will lick me trying to cheer me up, who will be there whenever I'm down.
I yearn for THE YEAR 2008, because I've made a decision to start my life again, because I want to be able to forget my past and move on.
rising when we fall
This is when we get to ponder to ourselves, to learn from our mistakes, to make a decision to keep walking forward, to move on and let go of the past, and most of all, to rise again where we fall.

university next year!
I'm so happy that I'll be back to Uni again next year. It's gonna be
a fresh start for me. I'm having this mixed feeling of different
sorts of excitement to be able to go to Uni and be ready for the
real world, also at the same time manage to make new friends and
get in the actual feel of college life. I'll be able to function
my brain cells again hahhaha.. getting back to books and study a
course that I'll love and at the same time it has a pretty high
demand currently in the real world. B Business and Commerce is my
first preference, then B Computing is my second. They're all
running in the same Uni.
Just trying to balance my life for 2008. I learnt that all decisions
you make, whether it's small or big, they all have the same
commonality: that it is your life that you are creating here!
That's really amazing to think and ponder about, isn't it? You
try your best to achieve anything that will be best for you and
yourself. By fact, did you know that most successful
enterpreneurs these days made their own decision and stick by it?
They have their own visions for themselves, and therefore they
strive to choose wisely what will life offer them. They know what
will be helpful and not, and they know how to manage time. WOW!
That's one of my goal: to become one! =)
Live your life to the fullest!!

all-boys barkada
Ang saya talaga ng all-boys
barkada! This afternoon at the city a friend of mine from high
school invited me to come to the city to play pools with her to
celebrate the ending of her exams. When I came to the pools area
I didn't expect her to bring her classmates who are all boys. At
that instance, I met new group of people again! Even though I'm
getting better at pools, or not in that professional level
hehehe, it was all good being with them just having fun and
becoming friends with them.
After pools, we went to Westfield
Parramatta and I got to hang out with them while waiting for my
high school friend to get a hair-do. I got along with them pretty
well, knowing that I'm the only Filipino there and they were 4 of
us walking inside the Westfield. We went to the foodcourt to grab
a bite at KFC then at JAG and City Beach because one of the guys
that are with us (I forgot his name) bought some leather wallet
and bag. At the City Beach, I helped him choose the right
shoulder bag for him. I recommended the durability of it! =)
Also, it was fun inside the City Beach because there was a free
Playstation there for customers who are waiting and stuff. We
played for a little bit. It was fun!
But, the most exciting thing that
happened today was I was able to notice 2 MAJOR people from my
iList.. and it was a huge success! HAHAHA!! =D It was a laughter
inside to see them see me that I have moved on with my life and
somehow, I made new friends as quick as that!
I'm glad because it was so
coincidential for the 2 iList people to witness me hanging out
with a new all-boys barkada hahaha! Not like before when I used
to hang out with them (iList people) it was so boring and
dangerous.. if you know what I mean. Thinking back the times when
I used to be with them, it was all disastrous and not
comfortable.
But besides all that, there's only
one thing I can say:
"You can never go wrong with
a one-gender barkada!"

cached by google
Speaking of eye-catching, I've just sent my url address to Google so it can cached my blogsite. More exposure!
yahoo messenger wrecked!
Then, sinubukan ko i-transfer yung YM from my PC to here. Everything just went worse. Hahha! =)
I've been bloghopping and entering shoutouts to blogspot users to tag me. At least my site can have a little bit of exposure. Hindi pa kasi lumalabas site ko sa Google.com eh.
an unexpected job interview and aust idol semi-finalist
I got a call this afternoon from
Gigaforce and landed a job interview! Woohoo! It was unexpected
call from the HR manager and from that call, I only had 30
minutes to prepare everything: outfit, resume, the address of the
interview venue.. etc. It interrupted my last blog below that I
was supposed to finish and post this afternoon, but I had no
choice but to leave it for tonight. I've got an interview..
syempre alam mo namang tanggihan ko pa yun diba?
The funny thing is when I reached
central, and walked through a building in Elizabeth St., I met a
Top 24 Australian Idol 2007 contestant named Lyall in the
elevator! =D I couldn't believe na siya yun!!! =D Hahaha! We
talked for only 15 seconds and I told him that he was my
favourite and it was a pity that he didn't get through the top
12. He's really good, both in voice and personality. Sayang nga
lang na I didn't get to take a photo with him kasi nga pareho
kaming nagmamadali. Meron pa raw siyang i-rerecord at ako naman
ay may kelangan pang magprepare sa interview.
Umalis na rin si Lyall when we
reached the 3rd floor at nag-thank you din at nagsabing
"nice to meet you".. And my job interview was at the
5th.
When I came in the suite, I met
Annie and we talked for a while about what to expect in the
interview. We also talked quite a bit about what we do right now,
like Uni, course, previous job, etc. It was amazing that when we
came in, It's a 2-in-1 interview! Our manager interviewed both me
and Annie and asked us few questions.. well, it was more of a
get-to-know interview. The manager also talked about the
commission rates about how will the company run, the different
packages of Optus, Foxtel and Fusion 89. She also gave us a
little Analytical Skills interview. After that, we were told to
be expected on our first job training starting on Monday! I was
happy! =D
Me and Annie talked more until we
left the building, mainly on how are we going to go when we are
on the actual job offered. She was worried that her English might
bring her down, but I tried to encouraged her that she can always
try her best to do a good job, even though she's only been a year
and 4 months in Australia. Afterwards, hiningi ko sa kanya # nya,
then I was on the way to go to Broadway to wait for my sister
while she have to meet her friends there for Thursday night
shopping. =)
When my sister finished work, we
went around Broadway to purchase some gifts for Chris. We met him
at the station at lumalakas ang ulan! Kaya basang-basa sya tapos
yun na. I ate some food that we bought from Bi-Lo in the train
since I felt hungry and had good conversations with my sister and
him.
That's all for now. I just did my
laundry and I'm a little bit sleepy. =) I might watch some
Kapamilya Deal or No Deal for a while! =)
meanwhile in my room...
Just few minutes ago, I took a photo of my favourite things in my room:
That's my four bags I currently
have at the moment.
The bag on the top left is Hawk
Gear i bought from the Philippines 5 years ago. It's a shoulder bag. Very handy
whenever I go somewhere convenient where I don't have to bring a
lot of stuff eg. exams or going shopping.
The bag in the top right is Rusty
i bought in City Beach Parramatta some 3 years ago. It's also a shoulder bag, but
different from Hawk Gear. This bag creates a popularity because
of its trend and style. I remember napadaan ako sa Man to Man at
Blacktown and the Filo shop assistant liked it! This is the bag I used to carry
with when I was in senior high school and also until now whenever
I have a lot of subjects so I can fit books and notebooks there.
I use Rusty when there's occasions like going to the beach or to
the gym.
The one at the bottom left is a
denim material, very trendy and bagay talaga sakin! =) I bought
it few months ago at the City. That's what I often use for going
to my class and especially now that I have fewer subjects and so
it's very light to carry. Marami ding story tong bag na
toh.. nasira sya twice! Yung zipper nya natanggal tapos we have
to stitch them back. Syempre maganda yung material nya saka uso
yung design kaya mahirap itapon hehehe!
Lastly, the Nike one on the bottom
right was the one I've always wanted to have. It's a sort of a
trendy bag especially for Filo guys like me and the rest. Wearing
it just makes me look like I've just came from a basketball game. I haven't worn the backpack for
ages. I nearly forgot I still have them around! Buti nalang I
discovered na ok pa rin sya.. kahit mas nauuso na ang shoulder
bags kesa sa string-strapped bags like that one.
This one's my gym set and my
basketball in a corner of my room. I try to lift weights na once
in a while.. but I haven't used the ball yet outside. Reason
being is that I haven't got a hoop yet myself in my house.
Hehhehe!
That's Coco. My only stuff toy na
palagi lang nakahiga sa kama ko. =)

vhong navarro's medley
Tinikling, Macarena, Asereje, Tommy Tommy, Spaghetti, and Bulaklak!
Be ready to laugh!!
Hahahaha! =))
connecting you to "overseas filipino workers zone: 58"
Zest, Yhen22, Orange, Tony, Vangie, Toyang...
and other new ones too!! =)
Sayang nga lang, kasi this morning I was walking around the house para maghanap ng song to sing.. tapos I found out na hindi pala pwede kasi naka-disable yung voice chat ko! Hehehe!
So the only thing I had to do was to talk to them, make jokes, welcome new comers back and things like that. My favourite one's Zest. Para na talaga kaming magkakilala kasi twice in a day ko na sya kasama sa room OFW58!
Marami ding mga magagandang singers doon sa room! Kahit sintunado or professional-type, funny Joey de Leon songs or foreign ones, masayang-masaya talaga sa room! Kahit na may away at tuksuhan din minsan hahaha!
I'm glad kasi before hindi ako sanay sa mga chattings kasi I was scared na baka may i-comment saking masama or asarin. Pero everytime I enter what I'll say sa OFW58, careful din ako with what I say, para wala din namang ma-offend to ourselves, but at the same time, I'm able to keep up to the conversations. Pangit din naman kasi yung palagi ka lang watch mode diba?
That's all for now. Just set up this blog few minutes ago and I'm excited to enter more stories too come!
PS. sa mga gusto palang pumunta sa OFW58, FEEL FREE to do so!!
ang Yahoo ID ko po doon ay: vincent.g3333.
If you see me there, don't hesitate to pm me okiez? ;)
